MY FAVOURITE BEERS

This is my beer page. It contains descriptions of and links to my favourite beers in the whole world. If you think I've forgotten a certain type of beer you really like, mail me the name of that beer so I can try it and possibly enjoy it too. Well, take a big sip of your beer and enjoy!

- Let's begin with the best beer in the world: Heineken. It is a normal beer that originates from Holland and is available in the biggest number of countries worldwide. Their site is great, it contains some chatrooms, great things to download and a real fun game: the quest. You should really pay them a visit.
- When you mention Heineken, you automatically mention Amstel. It is much like Heineken but not as big. Their site is also great, also worth a visit.
- Following these great Dutch beers is my personal favourite: Guinness. This Irish giant is a real treat. Most people recognise it ("Ooh, it's that black stuff"), but once they have tried it, they really know it. It is a beer which you either really like or really don't like. Their site is OK, but not as good as the ones mentioned above. For the visitors from Amsterdam and Brussels: if you follow the link to O'Reilly's pubs, there's the chance of a free Guinness.
- America's favourite is probably Budweiser. It is nice beer, the bestselling worldwide. Their side is great, with free stuff (try the screensaver), info and a funny bit about the Budweiser frogs.
- Though Corona is becoming more and more of a threat to Heineken on the American market, I still like it very much. It's a great Mexican beer, best used in the summer. Their site is OK, I guess.
